The Aspire Santa Clara Event will be held at the Santa Clara ConventionCenter which is located at 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054!

Of course, but they will need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the aspire events.

Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited, although pictures are welcome. We will make the recordings available for purchase unless you have the Diamond Experience at which point the recordings are included.

Yes! If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), please email us at [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Note: If you want to upgrade your ticket at the event please speak to one of the Aspire Event Staff and they will help you with your request! We are all part of the sales team!

All tickets are non-refundable with no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guarantee RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend the Event, you will get a 100% credit to attend one of our future events as long as you inform us in writing at least 15 days before the Event. At this time, there is not but including the Gaylord Texan Resort, there are several options close by if you are traveling to this event.

We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.

Depending on your experience level, there will be options for a lunch with our speaker(s) and/or a photo opp.

Due to the dynamic nature of live events, speaker times might change last minute, sessions can extend, and unexpected adjustments are made to ensure the best possible experience for our attendees.

In the spirit of keeping the day full of surprises, we've chosen not to release the schedule, even on the day of the event. We believe this enhances the spontaneity and excitement of the overall experience. Rest assured, our team is diligently working to curate an exceptional event for you.
